Aquaculture professionals working in the field have to meet the challenge of keeping themselves updated with new knowledge as well as constantly refreshing themselves with the basic principles and technical facts required for their work.
I will be using this blog to develop a continuing education and assessment program that will have the following components:
1. A map of the core knowledge required for aquaculture professionals working in field technical service
2. Routine posts to guide the professionals to key topics in each core knowledge area
3. Periodic assessments that will be used to evaluate the breadth and depth of knowledge gained in the core knowledge areas
The resources for the study would be offered online either by referring to links on other websites or through my Google Drive.
